Orangetheory Early Intel
Last week, we surveyed the community for suggestions on how to make the sub better. We got a few responses that. We know that everyone here is used to getting early intel from our friends down under, and we know that there will be some level of template repetition for the rest of this month. Theoretically we're supposed to go into each class blind, not knowing what each day consists of. Webour early intel refers to the daily workout template.
