In an ongoing effort to support our community in northeastern minnesota, canoecountry. com has adopted a 2 mile stretch. The only thing i know for sure right now is i will probably want to stay on shell lake the first. If you and your gear are up to the task, then make your plans and act with care, you should be fine. Webi have at least 5 nights to spend in bwca before i have to start heading back home. Webmy first trip into bwca was a three week solo trip.
